{"id":54,"date":"2020-11-17T18:07:59","date_gmt":"2020-11-17T15:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/energytr.com.tr\/?page_id=54"},"modified":"2026-01-30T23:32:15","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T20:32:15","slug":"author-rights","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kemaltahircalismalari.com\/en\/author-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Author Rights"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Excluding Certain Reviewers from the Evaluation Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors may identify reviewers to whom they do not want their submission sent due to conflicts of interest or ethical reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the editor does not send submissions for evaluation to reviewers in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewers with whom the author(s) have previously published joint work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewers who have assisted in preliminary readings of the author&#8217;s\/authors&#8217; work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewers known to have had issues with the author(s) previously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewers who would financially benefit from the publication of the submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewers who work at the same institution as the author (in the same department at universities)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors may withdraw their unpublished submissions while they are still under review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Appeal Against Reviewer Reports and Editorial Board Decisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors have the right to appeal against reviewer reports and editorial decisions at any time and under any circumstances. In such cases, authors are requested to submit their appeals with justifications. The editorial team may initiate a new evaluation process if deemed necessary in cases of appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rights Regarding Published Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The copyright of published articles and reviews belongs to Kafademi Scientific Research and Development Cooperative.
